SHIPPING METHODS

We currently offer shipping within the U.S.

We have the following shipping options available in the US:

• Standard (Estimated 7-14 days)
• Ground (Estimated 3-7 days, no PO Boxes)
• 2 Day (Estimated 2-3 days, no PO Boxes)

DUTIES

All applicable duties (customs tariffs) and taxes (VAT) will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

You will have the option to pay duties & taxes up-front during checkout (DDP) or once you receive your delivery (DDU).

Duty & Tax amounts calculated and paid during checkout are guaranteed. There will be no additional charges upon delivery.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging in to your account on carafina.com

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact Customer Service within 5 days of tracking stating it has been delivered.  You can contact Customer Service directly by email at hello@carafina.com.
